This new Blog has been created so that I can locate data for my body products including recipies and health information.
The reason I have decided to make this site is due to the fact both my husband and I have arthritus and I am locating natural cures that will help us.
Another reason for this blog is my choice to start using more natural products, my own soaps, lotions etc.
